Gifts are processed by the Foundation
All charitable giving is handled by the Southern University System Foundation
All charitable gifts to SEAS are made through the Southern University System Foundation. SEAS does not collect payment information, process donations, or issue charitable receipts.

The SEAS Engineering Scholars Program relies on annual giving to support engineering scholarships.
Scholarships
Burrell and Thurman awards of up to $10,000 per academic year, renewable for up to eight semesters.
Cohort enrichment
Professional development, academic support, and industry exposure across all four years.
Mentorship network
Alumni mentors matched to each scholar for the duration of their matriculation.
Recognition
Alumni & friends recognition levels
Recognition levels are based on gifts directed to the SEAS Scholars Program, including corporate matching gifts, during the calendar year.
